The construction of the ornamental pools in Balçova Justice and Democracy Park, which is located next to Izmir University of Economics, was carried out by Pekcan Havuz.
The projects of the ornamental pools, multi-storey waterfalls and reflection pools included in this special project, all electrical and mechanical installation works, the lighting and sound show, the fountain installations, and their delivery after operation were carried out by Pekcan teams.
In the main center of the project; There is a main circular ornamental pool with a capacity of 180.00 m3. The standardization of ornamental pools was taken into account in the design of the pool. Automatic chlorine disinfection was used as the disinfection system of the pool. The lighting system of the pool is green energy-friendly LED pool lighting fixtures.
At the top of the circular pool in the center, a cascade artificial rock waterfall-shaped pool is designed. The waterfall designed as a four-storey waterfall flows with enthusiasm and pours into the outdoor pool at the bottom. The waterfall and circular ornamental pool are designed as separate systems.
The most important feature of the circular pool in the center is; musical, light, and dancing fountain system is made. In this system, different sprinkler systems are used together. During the operation of the sprinklers, different and colored lighting systems work synchronously. Accompanied by music, the “dance of the waters” show emerges.
Sprinklers that work with musical accompaniment in different combinations; offer the audience both visual and auditory at the same time, a great and show that is not satisfied with its taste.
