Süzer Sun Dreams Hotel & SPA

All the pools of SÜZER SUN DREAMS HOTEL&SPA, being the first hotel of the surf region in Alaçatı, Çeşme, İzmir, are built by Pekcan Havuz. In this project that we have worked many years ago, it has been targeted to take advantage of the wind of the region and to develop the surf sport and tourism in the region. Also users can get advantage of the healing thermal water for health purposes. Because of this reason, the hotel addresses those who prefer the region for sports and vacation as well as for health purposes.

Pekcan Havuz, from project design stage to the delivery stage, has collaborated with the project design and construction team of the hotel. The project of outdoor pool, children pool, indoor pool, hydromassage units and thermal pool and the installations of the thermal pool, all the electrical and mechanical installations are done by Pekcan team.

In the hotel, there is a 110,00 m3 capacity general use heated indoor pool. The general use indoor swimming pool standards are applied in the project of the pool. In this pool, automatic chlorine disinfection is used as disinfection system. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system. Heating is applied to pool water.

Within the area of the indoor pool, there is also a hydromassage pool. The users of this pool can take the advantage of jet systems that have different massage features. The water of this hydromassage pool is also heated. Besides the relaxing effect of hot water in this pool, by the help of these massages the relief of the users is targeted. Additional aero-jet installments are made for increasing the effect of these hydromassage jets. The international standards are applied during the design of this hydromassage pool and the mechanical, electrical and disinfection systems are designed accordingly.
Within the indoor pool, there is also a counterflow system. This is a system where you can always swim against the flow and you can use either for training purposes or to get the feeling swimming in a big pool. It has been built in the pool wall.

The indoor thermal pool has a 100,00 m3 capacity. Thermal water carries the water characteristics of the Çeşme region thermal water. In the project of thermal pool, general use thermal swimming pool standardisation is applied. Hydro-massage pool is designed in one corner of the thermal pool so that the users of the pool can benefit more from the healing effect of thermal water. The hydromassage pool is designed such that it can heal the back and foot area of the users.

In the facility, there is an outdoor children pool with 20,00 m3 capacity. The filtration, disinfection and lighting units of the pool are designed in accordance with the children swimming pool standardisation paying attention to the health and hygene of children. The lighting system of the pool is energy friendly.

The outdoor general use pool has 425,00 m3 capacity. The pool is projected in accordance with the swimming pool standards. Automatic chlorine disinfection system is preferred as the disinfection system of the pool. The lighting system of the pool is energy friendly.

There is a 15,00 m3 capacity hydromassage pool next to the outdoor pool. The jacuzzi is designed in circular form. The users of this pool can take the advantage of jet systems that have different massage features. Besides the relaxing effect of hot water in this pool, by the help of these massages the relief of the users is targeted.
