Pekcan Havuz worked with the project design team and the construction group at every stage of Lotus Spa from the project design stage to the operation and delivery of the facility. In the creation of the projects, such a successful project was ensured by working in harmony with the design group. The design of the mechanical installations of the pools, thermal pool, disabled pool, hydro massage units, saunas, steam rooms, snow fountain, and heated stone beds within this special project, as the construction, and delivery of all electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out by Pekcan teams.

The complex has an indoor thermal pool with a capacity of 164,08 m3 designed for general use. In the design of the pool, indoor thermal pool standards suitable for general use were taken into consideration. In this pool, as in other pools, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, are used as a disinfection system in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system.

There are hydro massage units in the pool. These are on the wall of the pool. With this application, it is aimed that those who use the pool to benefit from jet systems with different massage features. In addition to the relaxing effect of thermal water, these water massages allow them to relax, and get away from stress and relax. Additional Aerojet installations have also been made to enhance the effect of the hydromassage jets. In order for the entrances and exits to the pool to be easy and healthy for all users, a reinforced concrete staircase was built into the pool and their safety was ensured by installing a chrome holding arm.

For disabled users, a closed, heated large disabled pool with a capacity of 76.80 m3 and small disabled pools of 12.32 m3 were built. In the design of the pools, indoor pool standards suitable for general use have been taken into consideration. In these pools, as in other pools, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, were used as a disinfection system in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is a green energy-friendly LED system. In order to keep the pool water at a certain temperature, the process of heating the pool water in both pools was carried out.

A thermal VIP indoor pool with a capacity of 5,37 m3 is also designed for private use within the facility. Hydrojet massage units have been designed in this pool. In this pool, as in other pools, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, are used as a disinfection system in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is a green energy-friendly LED system. A pool water heating system has been installed to keep the temperature of the thermal water within certain values.

Apart from wet places, the spa centre also has dry and warm places. Pekcan staff carried out the installation of woodwork, lighting, and electrical works of 5 saunas in total, with VIP saunas located on 2 first floors, 2 first basement floors and 1 second basement floor in the facility.

Again, in the spa centre, there are a total of 3 steam rooms located on the 2 first floor and one on the second floor designed as VIP. The seating groups of these steam rooms and the furnishing of the spaces were made by Pekcan staff. All mechanical installations, electrical, and lighting works of the steam rooms were carried out by Pekcan personnel.

The installation and operation of the ice machine was made by Pekcan staff in order to respond to the need for those who use the separate sauna and steam room in the spa facility to prefer ice rather than showers to cool their bodies.

In the dry area of the spa, a heated stone bed is positioned for users to relax. The heating and electrical installations of the stone bed and the coating of all surfaces were done by our company.

We are happy to have contributed to the operation of this spa center, which contributes to health tourism and supports disabled people to regain their health.
