In the creation of the projects, such a successful project was ensured by working in harmony with the design group. The design of outdoor pools, indoor pool, children’s pool, special floor pools and reflection pools within this special project, all electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out by Pekcan teams.

In the main center of the project; Freshwater and children’s pools for public use and saltwater pools are located side by side. The freshwater pool has a capacity of 511.00 m3. In the design of the pool, the standardization of swimming pools was taken into consideration. As the disinfection system of the pool, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, were preferred in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system.

Another pool that also works with fresh water was designed for children. The children’s pool has a capacity of 8.00 m2 and 4.40 m3. Considering the health and hygiene of children, the filtration, disinfection, and lighting units of the pool have been designed in line with the standardization of children’s swimming pools. As the disinfection system of the pool, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, were preferred in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system.

The other pool, which is located side by side with the freshwater pool, is the saltwater pool for general use. One of the most important elements that make this project special is that we have brought the sea to your feet. The water in the pool is salty. The salt used in water is specially produced from natural rock salt. There is a sandy beach around the pool. Just like entering the sea, you can walk from the beach and enter the pool by stepping on the sand and gravel under your feet. It is entered into the pool by deepening from the zero code, which increases the sea phenomenon. The salt water pool has a capacity of 590.00 m3. In the design of the pool, the standardization of swimming pools was taken into consideration. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system.

Its spa center includes a heated indoor pool. This pool has a capacity of 237.00 m3. In the design of the pool, indoor pool standards suitable for general use were taken into consideration. In this pool, as in other pools, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, are used as a disinfection system in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is a green energy-friendly LED system.

Within the project, there are floor pools designed for private homeowners on the 27th and 36th floors. The capacity of the pools is 26.00 m3. The upper floor has been designed to create a feeling of infinity combined with the view of the bay. The same standards were used in these private use pools. Ozonated disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, were used as the disinfection system in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection. The lighting system of the pool is a green energy-friendly LED system.

The project includes reflection pools with a surface area of 220.00 m2 and a water capacity of 85.00 m3. These pools have contributed to the creation of spacious spaces in harmony with the landscape. In filtration, disinfection and lighting systems, the same standards of the systems used in other pools were preferred.
