The pool and SPA center of The Fortyfive Business Hotel & SPA, which is located in Manisa Organized Industry and has been implemented to respond to the needs of business people who come to Manisa, especially for business, and the reflection pools around the hotel have been realized by Pekcan Havuz.

There are 26,70 m2 and 23,10 m2 capacity reflection pools.
Pekcan Havuz worked with the project design team and construction group at every stage of The Fortyfive Business Hotel & SPA, from the project design stage to the operation and delivery of the facility, and ensured the emergence of this facility. Designing the mechanical installations of indoor pools, hydromassage units, saunas, steam rooms, snow fountains and reflection pools included in this special project, all electrical and mechanical installation works were carried out and delivered by Pekcan teams.
The hotel features an indoor heated pool with a capacity of 221,00 m3 designed for general use. In the design of the pool, indoor pool standards suitable for general use were taken into consideration. In this pool, ozone disinfection systems, which are advanced hygiene systems, were used in combination with automatic chlorinated disinfection as the disinfection system. The lighting system of the pool is green energy friendly LED system. Heating was applied to the pool water.
There is also a hydromassage pool in the indoor pool area. Thanks to this massage pool, it is aimed that those who use the pool benefit from jet systems with different massage features. The water of the hydromassage pool was also subjected to heating. In addition to the relaxing effect of hot water, these water massages are aimed at relaxing the users, getting away from stress and relaxing. Additional aero-jet installation has also been made to enhance the effect of the hydromassage jets. In this way, the massage effect of water is increased exponentially. In the design of the hydro massage pool, international standards have been accepted and mechanical, electrical and disinfection systems have been designed accordingly.
Apart from wet places, the spa centre also has dry and warm places. The establishment, and the work of woodworking, lighting, and electrical works of 2 saunas in the facility were carried out and operated by Pekcan personnel.
Again, in the spa centre, there are 2 steam rooms in total. The construction of the sitting groups of these steam rooms, the furnishing of the spaces and all the mechanical installations, electricity and lighting of the steam rooms were done by us.
In the spa facility, our teams have also installed 2 snow-ice machines to respond to the demands of those who use the sauna and steam room to prefer ice instead of showers to cool their bodies.
Around the hotel, there are reflection pools with surface areas of 26.70 m2 and 23.10 m2. These pools, in harmony with the landscape, have contributed to the creation of spacious spaces and to increase the visual of the hotel. Infiltration, disinfection and lighting systems, the same standards as the systems used in other pools were preferred.
