Gloriapark Güzelbahçe
Within the scope of the Gloriapark Güzelbahçe Project, developed by Temelsan İnşaat in Güzelbahçe, the project comprises one general-purpose outdoor swimming pool with a capacity of 137.00 m³ and seven private villa pools, each with a capacity of 54.00 m³. Located in the Kahramandere area of Güzelbahçe, this project was successfully realized through close and harmonious collaboration with Temelsan İnşaat. The design, construction, installation of all electrical and mechanical systems, commissioning, and final delivery of both the general-use pool and the villa pools were carried out by Pekcan teams.
At the center of the residential complex, a general-use swimming pool is provided for communal access. The 137.00 m³ main pool was designed in compliance with swimming pool standardization principles and is equipped with an automatic chlorination disinfection system. The pool’s lighting system features energy-efficient, environmentally friendly LED technology.
In addition, the residential area includes seven private villa pools, each with a capacity of 54.00 m³. These pools were also designed in accordance with swimming pool standardization principles and are equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting systems.
